Learned APP for UT Chandigarh submits that all the prosecution witnesses have been examined and now the case is fixed for defence evidence and arguments on 11.10.2021. In view of the aforesaid status of the case and in view of no representation on behalf of the petitioner, I deem it appropriate to dismiss this petition at this stage. Ordered accordingly.
