This civil writ petition has been filed under Articles 226/227 of the Constitution of India inter alia for issuance of a writ in the nature of certiorari/mandamus for quashing the order dated 28.10.2015 (Annexure P-7) and the order dated 05.11.2015 (Annexure P-10) whereby the case of the petitioner for granting extension in service has been rejected and the petitioner has been ordered to be relieved from service.

Learned counsel for the petitioner states that he will be satisfied in case a direction is issued to the respondents to decide the charge-sheet in a time bound manner.

Learned State counsel pleads no objection in this regard.
