***** ARUN MONGA, J. (ORAL) Present petition has been filed under Section 482 of Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 (for short 'Cr. P.C.')for seeking direction to investigate FIR No.21 dated 14.01.2022, under Sections 406, 419, 420, 465, 467, 468, 471, 120-B of IPC and Section 63 of Copyright Act, 1957, registered at Police Station Palam Vihar, Gurugram from some higher official not below the rank of Superintendent of Police or independent criminal agency or special investigation team or Central Bureau of Investigation. 2.

It is borne out from the narrative of the facts that FIR No.21 dated 14.01.2022 has already been registered and on a Court query, learned State counsel, on instructions from SI Ram Mehar states that investigation is underway and law will take its own course.

In the premise, no grounds for interference are made out. 4.
