NIRMALJIT KAUR, J. (ORAL) The present contempt petition is filed for initiating the contempt proceedings against the respondents for wilful and intentional disobedience of order dated 13.11.2019 (Annexure P-1).
Learned counsel for the parties do not dispute that the identical contempt bearing COCP No.2321-2020 has been disposed of vide order dated 30.10.2020 with the following directions: "Accordingly, in view of the statement of learned counsel for the parties, the Contempt petition is disposed of by directing the respondents to do the needful in terms of orders of Hon'ble the Division Bench dated 13.11.2019, passed in CWP-7766-2003, within six weeks from today.
