Admittedly, petitioner was authorised to collect money under her signatures from the persons willing to purchase small savings securities. The money was to be collected against serially numbered receipt forms and the same was required to be deposited in the post office. Once the agent has lost the trust, authorities have every right to forthwith withdraw the authorization because money transaction is involved. Since the authorities have come to a conclusion that petitioner was involved in fraudulent transactions, they have rightly stopped further collection.
In view of this, I do not find any illegality or perversity in the impugned order.
Dismissed in limine.
