SURYA KANT, J.(ORAL) The grievance of the petitioner is that though he is not raising any unauthorised and illegal construction, yet notice has been issued to him by Greater Ludhiana Area Development Authority (GLADA). In our considered view, the question whether or not the construction raised by the petitioner is unauthorised or illegal can be determined by GLADA.
