**** VINOD S. BHARDWAJ, J. (ORAL) Prayer in the present petition is for directing the official respondents to conduct the election of the Managing Committee of respondent No.7-Society (whose term has elapsed on12.06.2024) under the supervision of a Senior Officer.

Mr. Varun Mittal, Advocate enters appearance and files his power of attorney on behalf of respondent No.7-Society and submits that the present writ petition has become infructuous since the elections in question have already been conducted.
