Mr. Yajur Sharma and Mr. Akun Sheomar, Advocate has puts in appearance on behalf of the complainant and filed his power of attorney today in the Court, which is taken on record.

After arguing for some time, learned counsel for the petitioner prays for withdrawal of the present petition. Allowed as prayed for.
