The petitioner has approached this Court under Articles 226/227 of the Constitution of India inter alia seeking quashing of possession notice dated 14.10.2016 (Annexure P-5) and sale notice dated 26.10.2016 (Annexure P-7) issued by respondent No. 1 under the provisions of Securitization and Reconstruction of Financial Assets and Enforcement of Security Interest Act, 2002, inspite of the fact that respondent-Bank had settled the matter under compromise in National Lok Adalat. 2.
After arguing for sometime, when learned counsel for the petitioner was confronted that there is no statement of the bank official appended with the present petition, learned counsel prayed that he may be allowed to withdraw the present petition, with liberty to the petitioner to Rishu Kataria 2016.11.16 11:14 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this document
