RAJIV SHARMA,J By means of this petition, the petitioners have sought for judicial review of judgment dated 27.1.2017 (P.1) passed by learned Central Administrative Tribunal, Chandigarh in OA No.060/01132 of 2016 directing the petitioners-Bharat Sanchar Nigam Limited Corporate Office to prepare the final seniority list, after deciding the representations filed by the applicants by passing a speaking order, before making the promotion to the post of Chief Accounts Officer.

Learned counsel for the petitioners very fairly submits that the representations filed by the petitioners have since been rejected by passing a speaking order.

In these circumstances, nothing survives to be decided in this petition.

Dismissed.
