RAJESH BHARDWAJ, J. (ORAL) Matter has been taken up through video conferencing via Webex facility in the light of the Pandemic Covid-19 situation and as per instructions.

The prayer in the present petition filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C., inter alia, is for transfer of investigation in case FIR No.138, dated 31.07.2021, under Section 346 IPC, registered at Police Station Odhan, District Sirsa. It is further prayed that directions be also issued to respondent Nos.3 and 4 to ensure the security to the life and liberty of respondent No.6, who is in wrongful confinement of respondent No.5. Issue notice of motion.

On the asking of the Court, Mr.B.S.Virk, Deputy Advocate General, Haryana, accepts notice on behalf of the official respondents. Learned counsel for the petitioner states that the petitioner would be satisfied if his representation, dated 04.08.2021, Annexure P-4, is decided expeditiously.
