Let two copies of the writ petition be supplied to the State counsel during the course of day failing which this order shall be automatically recalled and the writ petition shall be deemed to have been dismissed for non-prosecution. CWP No.24309 of 2015 [2] respondent No.3 nor any counter-reply from respondent No.1& 2 is required.
Suffice it would be to mention that the petitioners also claim to be similarly placed lessees of the shops of the Gram Panchayat in village Matak Majri, Tehsil Indri, District Karnal. It is stated that eviction orders have been passed against the petitioners in the same manner as were passed against the lessees whose cases were decided by this Court vide order dated 29.09.2015 (P-6). Since the terms and conditions imposed for the renewal of lease are acceptable to the petitioners, we dispose of the instant writ petition with a direction to the Deputy Commissioner, Karnal, to consider the claim of the petitioners also in the light of the order dated 29.09.2015 passed in Baljeet Singh and others's case (supra). Ordered accordingly.
Dasti.
