(ORAL) Counsel on behalf of the respondents-State, on instructions from Mr.Ashok Kumar, Book Binder, who is present in Court, states that all the benefits, for which the present writ petition has been filed, have already been released to the petitioner. A statement has been made that the benefits were granted to the husband of the petitioner on 30.11.2016 and further the orders were passed in respect of revision of pension and family pension on 25.05.2018.

Counsel for the respondents have placed on record the communications from the Director, Higher Education, Haryana, Panchkula, stating therein that all the benefits including the arrears have already been paid to the petitioner and a receipt in this regard has been NARESH KUMAR 2019.02.08 12:44 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document Chandigarh

CWP-23358-2016 (O&M) -2produced before this Court and a copy thereof has also been handed over to the counsel for the petitioner in Court today. Counsel for the petitioner states that he has no information qua the said receipt of the amount by the petitioner. The statement made on behalf of counsel for the respondentsState and that too on the instructions from an official of the department, cannot be disbelieved, still, in case it is found that the petitioner has not received the amount, as being stated today and recorded above, the petitioner would be at liberty to move an appropriate application in this regard.

In view of the above, the present stands disposed of as infructuous.
