Mr. Satnam Preet Singh Chauhan, DAG Punjab - HARSIMRAN SINGH SETHI, J.(ORAL) In the present petition, condition No.13 of the advertisement dated 04.03.2014 (Annexure P-3) has been challenged by the petitioner. It may be noticed that the said selection has already been finalised and the candidates are working.

Even otherwise in case any criteria fixed for selection process is to be challanged, the selected candidates will be affected but the selected candidates who will be affected, who have already been selected and appointed have been not impleaded as party in the present petition. In the absence of the selected /appointed candidates who will be affected, as a party to the petition, no relief claimed by the petitioners can be considered. Keeping in view the fact that the petitioners have not impleaded the selected candidates as a party, no ground is made out for any interference by this Court.
