(ORAL) The present petition has been filed by the petitioner under Section 482 Cr.P.C. for quashing of impugned summons dated 29.03.2022, 16.01.2023 and 28.02.2023 (Annexures P-1 to P-3) and 26.04.2023 (Annexure P-7) as a complaint case i.e. COMA No.39/2020 dated 11.06.2020 titled as 'Director General of GST Intelligence Vs. M/s Om Trade In-Exim' has already been filed by the Directorate General of Goods and Service Tax Intelligence, Gurugram Zonal Unit, Gurugram before the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Palwal.

At the very outset, learned counsel for the petitioner prays for withdrawal of the present petition.
