The present appeal pertains to the year 2019. On 18.05.2023 none had appeared on behalf of the appellant and the case was adjourned to 22.01.2024. On 22.01.2024 lawyers were abstaining from work and accordingly the case was adjourned to 21.02.2024. Thereafter the matter was adjourned by order on two occasions. Today none has put in appearance on behalf of the appellant despite the matter being called twice since morning. It appears that the appellant is not interested in pursuing the present appeal. 2.

In view thereof, this Court is left with no other option but to dismiss the present appeal for non-prosecution. 3.

Dismissed for non-prosecution. Pending applications, if any, also stand disposed off.
