**** HARNARESH SINGH GILL , J. (ORAL) Through the instant petition, the petitioner seeks anticipatory bail in case FIR No. 228 dated 27.6.2019, registered under Sections 323, 341, 506, 307, 34 IPC and Sections 25, 54 of the Arms Act, 1959, Police Station Bhuna, District Fatehabad.

Vide order dated 25.7.2019, the petitioner was granted interim bail and was directed to appear before the investigating officer. Learned counsel for the petitioner states that pursuant to the order dated 25.7.2019 passed by this Court, the petitioner has joined the investigation.

Learned State counsel, on instructions from HC Pawan Kumar, submits that though the petitioner has joined investigation but there are five more cases pending against him.

CRM-M No. 31417 of 2019 -2because of the rivalry in the locality and the petitioner has been granted bail in those cases.

In view of the above facts, but without commenting on the merits of the case, the present petition is allowed and the order dated 25.7.2019 granting interim bail to the petitioner is made absolute, subject to the conditions laid down in Section 438 (2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
