The present writ petition has been filed under Articles 226/227 of the Constitution of India praying for issuance of a writ in the nature of certiorari for quashing the impugned charge sheet dated 02.07.2024 (Annexure P-1) issued by respondent No.6. Further praying for issuance of a writ in the nature of mandamus directing the respondents to allow the petitioner to rejoin his duties as SSA and to release arrears of salary/subsistence allowance along with 18% interest per annum.
