(ORAL) Learned State counsel submits that per her instructions, the relief qua seeking regularization already stands satisfied services of the petitioner have already been regularized on 13.6.2019. In view of the aforesaid statement of learned counsel for the State, writ petition is rendered infructuous and is disposed of accordingly with liberty to the petitioner to file application in case his grievance is still unmitigated.
