**** Manjari Nehru Kaul, J.(Oral) Instant revision petition has been filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India for setting aside the order dated 05.07.2022 (Annexure P-3) passed by Civil Judge, Jr. Divn. Sardulgarh vide which directions were given to the petitioners to produce the record related to sale of crops and documents of Market Committee.

Learned counsel for the petitioners inter alia contends that the Court below gravely erred in allowing the application filed by the respondents-plaintiffs for directing the petitioners-defendants to produce the record pertaining to the sale of crops and documents from Market Committee because the respondents could very well get the record/documents after paying the requisite fee from the Market Committee. Learned counsel further submits that the application in question has been filed by the plaintiffs-respondents merely to prolong the matter. Heard and perused the relevant material available on record. It is an admitted case and not disputed either that the petitioners are in possession of the documents pertaining to the sale of crops and documents from the Market Committee. CR-3256-2022 -2to satisfy this Court as to how it would prolong the trial and in what manner they would be prejudiced by the directions issued by the Court below, more so, since it has also not been disputed that the plaintiffs are relying upon those very documents.

Accordingly, the present petition being devoid of any merit, stands dismissed.
