(Oral) Prayer in this petition filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. is for quashing of cross-version/GD No.033 dated 11.12.2021 under Sections 326, 323, 506, 34 IPC in FIR No.274 dated 26.11.2021 under Sections 326, 341, 34 IPC at Police Station Lopoke, District Amritsar and all other consequential proceedings arising therefrom on the basis of compromise dated 13.06.2024, arrived at between the parties. Learned counsel for the petitioners wishes to withdraw the present petition with liberty to file afresh petition in case a genuine compromise is effected between the parties in future.
