(ORAL) Learned counsel for the petitioner has produced a photocopy of the receipt showing deposit of `1,04,095/- with the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Ludhiana, in compliance of order dated 18.08.2022. The same is taken on record.

Through this petition under Section 438 Cr.P.C. prayer has been made for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner in case FIR No.5 dated 22.06.2022 registered under Section 420, 409 IPC at Police Station Economic Offences Vigilance Bureau, Ludhiana, District Sangrur. Learned State counsel submits that in pursuance of order dated 18.08.2022, petitioner has joined the investigation and is no longer required for further interrogation.

In view of above, order dated 18.08.2022 passed by this Court is made absolute on the same terms and conditions. Disposed of accordingly.
