CORAM: HON'BLE MR. JUSTICE KRISHNA MURARI, CHIEF JUSTICE HON'BLE MR. JUSTICE ARUN PALLI Present:- Mr. Vivek Lamba, Advocate, for the petitioners.

* * * * KRISHNA MURARI, C.J. (ORAL) The petitioners pray for a writ in the nature of certiorari to quash an order dated 27.06.2018 (Annexure P-3) vide which respondent No. 4 has since rejected their technical bid.

2.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the reasons assigned by the respondents in support of the rejection of the petitioners' bid are erroneous. Inasmuch as the respondents have even been served with a legal notice dated 09.07.2018 (Annexure P-7) clarifying that their bid was technically compliant and they were fully eligible. However, the same has not been responded to, even though a considerable time has elapsed.

3.

After arguing the matter at some length, learned counsel for the petitioners submits that let this petition be disposed of, at this stage, only with a direction to the respondents to consider the grievance of the petitioners and decide their legal notice dated 09.07.2018.

CWP-18101-2018(O&M) 4.

That being so and without examining the matter on merits, we dispose of this petition with a direction to the respondents to deal with the legal notice dated 09.07.2018 (Annexure P-7) the authorities are alleged to have been served with, and pass an appropriate order in accordance with law within a period of three weeks from the date of receipt of a certified copy of this order.
