**** HARNARESH SINGH GILL, J.(Oral) Through this petition, the petitioner seeks regular bail in case bearing FIR No.167 dated 13.11.2019, registered at Police Station Dhand, District Kaithal, under Sections 307, 324, 506, 201 read with Section 34 IPC and Section 25(1B) of the Arms Act. Learned State counsel submits that out of 16 prosecution witnesses, 15 have already been examined.
Faced with the situation, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he would be satisfied, if the trial Court is directed to conclude the trial at the earliest.
In view of the above, the present petition is disposed of with a direction to the learned trial Court to make an endeavour to conclude the trial, preferably within four months from the date of receipt of the certified copy of this order.
