((  *&  + (,    Through this petition, the petitioner seeks anticipatory bail in case bearing FIR No.19 dated 09.07.2022, registered under Sections 420, 406, 417 and 120-B IPC, at Police Station Narot Jaimal Singh, District Pathankot.

Vide order dated 18.08.2022 passed by this Court, the petitioner had been granted ad interim pre-arrest bail and directed to join investigation.

   Learned State counsel, on instructions from ASI Mohan Singh, submits that the petitioner has joined investigation and is now not required for any further investigation.
