Counsel for the petitioners states that the petitioners are the widow and two minor children of deceased-Deepak Singla, who are being deprived of the property left behind by the deceased. She submits that the petition, Annexure P-1, was filed in September, 2022 and is pending adjudication as it is being resisted by the contesting respondents by filing various applications. She submits that pursuant to the previous order passed by this Court, petitioners made a statement before the learned Civil Judge on 03.07.2025 and have given up respondent No.5 being as unnecessary. She submits that as service upon the respondents is complete, a direction be issued to the learned Court to decide the main petition as expeditiously as possible in a time bound manner. KAMAL SHARMA 2025.07.14 13:04 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this order/judgment.
