RAJESH BHARDWAJ, J. (ORAL) The prayer in the present petition filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. is for issuance of direction to official respondent Nos.2 and 3 to take an appropriate legal action against the private respondent and decide the representation, Annexure P2.

In view of the request made in the petition, the same is disposed of with a direction to respondent No.2, i.e. the Senior Superintendent of Police, Fazilka, District Fazilka, to look into the representation, dated 04.09.2021, Annexure P-2, and decide the same expeditiously in accordance with law and preferably within one month from today.
