(Oral) At the very outset, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has made a representation (Annexure P-6) on 23.05.2016 but no action has been taken thereupon so far. The petitioner would be satisfied in case, directions are issued by this Court to consider and decide the representation.

Keeping in view the limited prayer of the petitioner, the present writ petition is disposed of with a direction to respondent No.3 to consider representation dated 23.05.2016 (Annexure P-6) and pass necessary order in accordance with law with a period of two months from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order.

Disposed of accordingly.
