*** PARMOD GOYAL, J. (ORAL) Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that execution petition preferred by petitioners is pending since 2021, and that vide order dated 21.01.2021, attachment orders for attachment of property of JDs were issued. However, the Tehsildar has not reported back regarding the fate of said attachment orders. It is submitted that matter is hanging since 2021 without there being any substantive progress for disposal of execution petition.

In view of facts and circumstances of the present case, it would be appropriate to direct the State Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission, Punjab to expedite the execution petition and dispose of the same, preferably within a period of six months.

The revision petition is allowed.
