(ORAL) The petitioner has approached this Court under Article 226/227 of the Constitution of India, seeking a writ of mandamus directing the respondent to decide preliminary objections/reply filed by the petitioner before proceeding further in pursuance of the show cause notice dated 17.11.2011 (Annexure P-1).

Hearing notice dated 30.10.2015 (Annexure P-3) has already been issued to the petitioner directing him to appear personally or through his authorized representative before the Adjudicating Authority on 26.11.2015.

In view of the above, no ground for any relief as sought in this petition is made out. Dismissed.
