Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that during the pendency of the petition, the parties have reconciled the matter and the family members of private respondents have accepted their relationship and hence, at this stage, he does not press the present petition. 2.

Accordingly, the present petition stands dismissed. 3.

However, liberty is granted to the petitioners to move an appropriate application, in case, any threat perception arises in future and the same shall be looked into, in accordance with law. 4.

It is made clear that this Court has not expressed any opinion on the merits of the case.
