He submits that he shall be satisfied if a direction is issued to the Board to reconsider the matter. He may be permitted to furnish fresh application in respect of the correction sought.

Under the circumstances, petition is disposed of with a direction that competent authority of the respondent-Board shall reconsider the matter and take a decision on the basis of available documents as well as fresh application to be submitted by the petitioner at the earliest, in any case, not later than two months.
