PANKAJ JAIN, J. (ORAL) Petitioners herein claimed to be in live-in relation against the wishes of their family members and are seeking directions to the official respondents to protect their life and liberty. On the pointed query being asked as to where the petitioners are living together and since when they are in live-in relation, Counsel for the petitioners fairly acknowledges that in fact the petitioners have absconded together and are not living together. Faced with the situation, counsel for the petitioner prays for withdrawal of the present petition with liberty to file fresh one. Accordingly, the petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as prayed for.
