**** RAJ MOHAN SINGH, J.(Oral) Petitioner has preferred this writ petition for the issuance of an appropriate writ in the nature of mandamus directing the respondent to consider the application of the petitioner for renewal of mini bus permit No.221/Mini/KPT on Phagwara to Nadalon route.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that respondent is the appropriate authority, who can decide both the issues of time table and renewal of route permit for the operation of mini bus of the petitioner.

Precisely for the claim in question, the petitioner has MOHMED ATIK 2022.08.18 05:34 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this order/judgment

CWP-18048-2022  also issued a legal notice on 02.08.2022.

At this stage, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner would be satisfied in case his legal notice is ordered to be decided at the earliest in accordance with law by way of passing a speaking order.

On asking of the Court, Mr. Navdeep Chhabra, D.A.G., Punjab accepts notice on behalf of the respondent. In view of nature of prayer made by the petitioner, this writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondent to consider the pending legal notice got issued by the petitioner and pass appropriate order in accordance with law, preferably within a period of one month from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order.
