Learned counsel for the petitioner inter alia contends that the petitioner is innocent lady having no connection with transaction nor the beneficiary of any such transaction. In fact the amount was deposited by the complainant in the account of one Varinder Kumar who is already named as an accused in the FIR and the petitioner has no concerned whatsoever with the same and has been unnecessarily harassed. She is ready to join the investigation.

Learned State Counsel assisted by learned counsel for the complainant has not disputed the fact that the petitioner is not the beneficiary of the transaction and that the amount was transferred in the account of aforesaid Varinder Kumar by the complainant, however, they contend that the petitioner had introduced the complainant to said Varinder Kumar.

Considering all these averments, it is deemed appropriate that the petitioner should join the
investigation first before deciding the petition on merits, accordingly, the petitioner is directed to join the investigation within seven days from today and in the event of her arrest, she is ordered to be released on interim bail on her furnishing personal/surety bonds to the satisfaction of the Arresting Officer/Investigating Officer. She shall also abide by conditions as envisaged under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
