****** NIDHI GUPTA, J. (ORAL) Prayer in this petition under Section 482 Cr.PC was for quashing FIR No.125 dated 26.3.2019 under Section 379 IPC, PS Indri, District Karnal and all consequential proceedings arising therefrom qua the petitioners.

At the time of hearing today, learned counsel for the petitioner has produced a copy of the order dated 2.4.2022 passed by learned JMIC, Indri, Karnal in Crl.Case No.CH1/10/2020 pertaining to abovesaid FIR No.125 dated 26.3.2019 whereby the petitioners stand acquitted of the charges framed against them. on record. Learned counsel further states that in view of the above, present petition has become infructuous.
