(ORAL) This is a petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. seeking direction to respondents No. 1 to 4 to hand over the investigation of case FIR No. 1060 dated 31.12.2018 under Sections 120-B, 307, 323, 324, 34, 436 and 506 IPC registered at Police Station Assandh, District Karnal to some other investigating agency or any other Special Investigation Team. At the outset learned State counsel, on instructions from ASI Sri Bhagwan, submits that the cancellation report was prepared and has been filed in the Court.

Since the cancellation report has been filed in the Court, the present petition has become infructuous and is disposed of accordingly.
