Learned State counsel submits that payment of the amount due to the petitioner has already been made. In view of this stand no further direction is necessary. Only question remains is regarding payment of interest for the period of delay in making the payment. In view of above, counsel for the petitioner submits that he may be allowed to withdraw this petition with liberty to avail alternative remedy. Dismissed as withdrawn with aforesaid liberty.
