The present petition under Section 528 Cr.P.C., has been filed by the petitioner, for quashing of FIR No. 214, dated 07.11.2019, registered u/s 409 of IPC at Police Station Lopoke, Amritsar Rural, District Amritsar, and all the consequential proceedings arising therefrom. 2.

On the very outset, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw instant petition with liberty to file a fresh one with better particulars, as all the relevant grounds have not been taken therein. 3.

Dismissed as withdrawn with liberty, as sought and recorded here-above.
