On 25.04.2024 none appeared on behalf of the appellant and notice was issued to the appellant. As per the office report the appellant had duly been served. None had put in appearance on behalf of the appellant on 28.10.2024. Even today the case has been called twice. None has put in appearance on behalf of the appellant. It appears that the appellant is not interested in pursuing the present appeal. In view thereof, this Court is left with no other option but to dismiss the present appeal for non-prosecution. 2.

Dismissed for non-prosecution with liberty to revive in case anything survives in the matter. Pending applications, if any, also stand disposed off.
