CM 8720-C-2022 and RSA-2670-2008 This application has been filed on behalf of the appellants, seeking permission to withdraw the main appeal, for the reason of the matter having been compromised between the parties. Copy of the written compromises being Annexures A-1 and A-2 Mr. Sandeep K. Sharma, Advocate, representing the respondent, concedes the factum of compromise having been arrived at between the parties.

It being so, the application is accepted and the main regular second appeal, is allowed to be withdrawn.

The appeal is dismissed as withdrawn.

However, as agreed, the parties shall remain bound by these written compromises.
