CWP-28052-2022 Reply on behalf of the respondent No.6 has been filed during the course of hearing with a copy to the learned counsel representing the petitioner who prays for some time to examine the same. The learned counsel representing the petitioner submits that the petitioner does not seek any relief against the promotion of the respondent No.7 as Assistant Professor (Surgery).

List on 15.02.2023 for final disposal, in the urgent list. No fresh pleadings on the date of hearing shall be entertained. Till the next date of hearing the interim order dated 13.12.2022 shall continue to operate.
