Instant petition has been filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. praying for issuance of direction to the official respondents to submit the status report in case FIR No.101, dated 03.08.2021, under Sections 363, 366-A IPC, registered at Police Station Chabbewal, District Hoshiarpur. After arguing for some time, learned counsel for the petitioner prays for withdrawal of the present petition. Allowed as prayed for.
