The petitioner through instant petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India is seeking setting aside of award dated 21.10.2014 (Annexure P-1) whereby Industrial Tribunal has answered reference in favour of workman.

Counsel for the respondent No.2 submits that to resolve the matter, the petitioner may be directed to pay a reasonable amount. 3.
On the asking of the Court, Mr.Harsh Aggarwal, Advocate agreed to pay a sum of Rs.1 lakh to respondent within 04 weeks from today.
