Present petition has been filed praying for quashing the order dated 21.05.2024 passed by learned JMIC, Derabassi, District SAS Nagar, Punjab, whereby application filed by the petitioner under Section 156(3) Cr.P.C. was declined.

After arguing for some time, learned counsel for the petitioner prays for withdrawal of this petition with liberty to the petitioner to take all his pleas before the Magistrate, in accordance with law. 3.

Allowed as prayed for.
