(Oral) This petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C is for issuance of direction to respondent Nos. 3 and 4 to immediately arrest accused/respondent Nos. 5 to 10 who are constantly threatening the petitioner with dire consequences, in case the petitioner would not withdraw F.I.R No. 108 dated 14.08.2020 under Sections 323/324/307/506/148/149 IPC and Section 25/27 of Armcs Act, registered at P.S City Samana, District Patiala.

In this regard, petitioner has given representation dated 27.08.2020 (P-2) but no action has been taken till date. Issue notice of motion.

On asking of the Court, Mr. Hittan Nehra, Addl.A.G, Punjab accepts notice on behalf of the respondent-State.

Learned State counsel on instructions from ASI Jagat Ram has informed the Court that the investigation is pending before DSP Samana Keeping in view the instructions given by learned State counsel, this petition is being disposed of by giving direction to the respondents to look into the representation dated 27.08.2020 (P-2) of the petitioner and complete the investigation in accordance with law, expeditiously.
