(Oral) Present petition has been filed seeking the direction to the respondents to protect their life and liberty at the hands of respondents No. 4 to 7.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that after the filing of the petition, he has received the information from the petitioners today that keeping in view the fact that they were apprehending threat to their life and liberty, they have approached the Police Station Sector-29, Panipat and appeared before the concerned SHO with the request for protecting their life and liberty.

CRWP-9022-2020 instructions that the petitioners have made themselves present in the Police Station Sector 29, Panipat and keeping in view the request, which has been made by the petitioners in respect of their apprehended threat to their life & liberty to the authorities of the Police Station Sector-29, Panipat, appropriate decision with regard to securing the life and liberty of the petitioners will be taken. Learned State counsel has assured this Court that appropriate action in respect of the prayer of the petitioners will be taken by the authorities keeping in view the facts and circumstances of this case. The statement given by learned State counsel satisfies the grievance of the petitioners and learned counsel for the petitioners submits that he does not press this petition any further. Disposed of accordingly.
