G.S.SANDHAWALIA, J. (Oral) Case has been called twice, however, none is present on behalf of the petitioner. On 12.07.2016, the following order was passed:- "Prayer made in the present writ petition is for withdrawal of the NOC issued to respondent no. 5 and to order cessation of all the activities of respondent no. 5 with regard to running of a school at 2M Block NIT Faridabad It is not disputed that respondent no. 5 had applied for allotment way back in the year 1970. A dispute had arisen regarding the withdrawal of the NOC which had been issued in the year 1996 (Annexure P-14) whereby, affiliation had been granted with the Central Board of Secondary Education. The present petition has been filed by the Welfare Association on the strength of a resolution dated 25.07.2015.

Let a detailed affidavit be filed as to what is the locus standi of the petitioners to press for the relief which is claimed and whether the fact that there is any personal interest of the members of the association and SHIVANI GUPTA 2016.08.10 13:04 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document Chandigarh
