State of Haryana and others .....Respondents **** Prayer in the present petition is for issuance of a writ in the nature of Certiorari quashing the impugned order dated 21.07.2018 (Annexure P-10) of relieving from the post of Extension Lecturer in Computer Science, Department of Commerce with respondent-College and directing respondent No.3 to continue the petitioner as Extension Lecturer as well as to stay the operation of order dated 21.07.2018. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he has received the reply filed on behalf of the respondent-State and in response to the same, he has also filed the replication.

Since the petitioner is still continuing as Extension Lecturer in the subject of Computer Science and as per the statement of learned State counsel, the Policy dated 04.03.2020 protects the Extension Lectures and, if any need arises, the case of the petitioner will be dealt with by the respondent-Department as per the Police dated 04.03.2020 strictly.
