  2! from the illegal custody of respondent No.3-Bharat Singh. Vide order dated 24.09.2021 passed by this Court, respondent No.2-Station House Officer, Police Station Mulana, District Ambala, was directed to depute a Gazetted Officer for visiting the house of respondent No.3-Bharat Singh son of Baljinder Kumar and make an enquiry as to whether the alleged detenue has been residing there with her own consent or has been illegally detained by respondent No.3. In compliance thereof, status report by way of an affidavit dated 06.01.2022 of the Deputy Superintendent of Police, Ambala Cantt.,

-2District Ambala, has been filed by the respondent-State, in the Registry. Same is taken on record.

As per the aforesaid status report, Station House Officer, Police Station Mullana along with W/CT Komal went to the house of respondent No.3 for conducting an enquiry and it was informed that Rajdeep Kaur along with Bharat Singh is residing at Kurukshetra. Para 4 of the status report would reads as under:- "4. That during inquiry, Rajdeep Kaur has stated that in the year 2021, she had solemnized love marriage with respondent No.3-Bharat Singh of her village and they are residing at Kurukshetra and she was blessed with a son and living happily married life and that she was not kidnapped by anyone and she has further stated that she along with her husband would appear before the Hon'ble High Court on 11.01.2022. Respondent No.3 also attested and consented the statement of his wife-Rajdeep Kaur.

The copy of joint statement is annexed as Annexure R-1." Since, Rajdeep Kaur and respondent No.3-Bharat Singh have already solemnized marriage and been blessed with a baby as well, no further orders are called for in this petition. At this stage, Parvesho Devi (petitioner-mother of Rajdeep Kaur) and Poonam Devi (Aunt/Chachi of Rajdeep Kaur) submit that they want to have an interaction with Rajdeep Kaur and respondent No.3Bharat Singh.

-3Rs.11,000/- as a shagun and blessings to the couple and their child. Learned State counsel submits that the concerned Station House Officer, will make all the necessary arrangements for the interaction between the petitioner, Poonam Devi (Aunt/chachi) and respondent No.3 and Rajdeep Kaur.

Keeping in view the above, the concerned Station House Officer, is directed to make an arrangement for interaction between the the petitioner, Poonam Devi (Aunt/chachi), respondent No.3-Bharat Singh and Rajdeep Kaur, subject to the petitioner paying a sum of Rs.11,000/- as shagun to Rajdeep Kaur, within 20 days from today. He is further directed to ensure that no untoward incident takes place during said interaction.
